Although our products are relatively easy to use, sometimes a little help from our side can be a tremendous asset for you. We like to meet our customers and anyone else who is interested in our systems. We are open to any questions, comments or complaints and we will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible. You can meet us in several ways, or first check if the Artinis Support Center community can solve your problem.
Research consultancy
Based on our many years of experience in EEG and HD-EMG, we can offer research consultancy. Upon request, we can provide support in the creation of study protocol and/or data analysis. On-site consultancies are also possible.

We offer online support, e.g. Zoom / Microsoft Teams, to answer your questions as soon as possible. Book a time with our ExG Application Specialists and schedule a meeting:
Customer support
We offer support (online) as standard after purchasing one of our NIRS devices. You can always call, e-mail, or visit us. For quick help, we can control your computer remotely.
